Step 1. Make sure you got the latest version of the MP4 Editor for Mac, otherwise click here to download.
Once installed, Launch MP4 Editor for Mac.
Step 2. Add your MP4 file, MP4 Editor for Mac will preview your MP4 file directly.
Step 3. Go to Crop...function area to cut out unwanted part in the frame.
you are able to cut out black sides and subtitles if you like.
Step 4. Click 'Trim' button to start split your MP4 file.
select the segment of video that need to be edited or converted. Just drag the slider bar to set start time and end time.
Step 5. Use Merge into one...to join two or more MP4 video clips into one file(Optional)
Step 6. Set video Effect and special effect
