It is hard to imagine someone addicted to something as simple as foodstuff, but I would ought to agree that we is a nation of people which can be addicted to food. There is nothing drastically wrong with allowing yourself a treat, but making every day a delicacy and eating when you are not hungry, because you will be bored, angry or stressed can result in big problems.

We have a multitude of great programs that guide people lose the excess weight. But most of them are food plans plus they are necessary. But just as important is coping with the mental aspects of overeating. If you can change the way you think and relate to food, there is a superb chance getting to proper weight will become that much easier. I think there is a shortage of physical programs that offer this type of help.
